As the lead designer for Bakeology, I transformed a traditional bakery's digital presence into an engaging, user-friendly platform that bridges the gap between baking and modern convenience. Core problem 🔁
Local bakeries often struggle to provide a seamless digital experience for customers looking to browse, customize, and order baked goods. Many customers face difficulties with outdated interfaces, limited product visibility, and cumbersome ordering processes. The lack of a streamlined mobile solution leads to frustration, order errors, and missed opportunities to increase customer engagement and sales.
